Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing manufacturing and packing of tablets and capsules in compliance with GMP. Develop and review BMRs, BPRs, and SOPs.
Responsible for managing the import process of equipment, packaging materials, and spare parts, ensuring timely availability for manufacturing operations.
Oversee and review BMRs, BPRs, and SOPs related to manufacturing and packing processes.
Ensure full compliance with DRAP and GMP guidelines across all production activities.
Coordinate with vendors, logistics, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth import clearance.
Liaise with QA, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure imported materials meet quality standards.
Lead and support the production team to meet daily manufacturing and packing targets.
Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and regulatory inspections.
Implement improvements in production, packing, and import processes to increase efficiency and compliance.
