Education and Experience:
Education: Pharm-D

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise, control, and manage all manufacturing and packing operations during the assigned shift in compliance with cGMP, safety standards, production plans, and quality requirements.
- Manage shift operations across all operational departments and sections, including effective manpower allocation based on skills and operational needs.
- Supervise shift staff (operators, helpers, and group leaders) to ensure discipline, attendance, and adherence to safety practices.
- Coordinate with Administration, Engineering, QA/QC, and Materials Management departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and record-keeping, including batch records and SOP compliance.
- Assist the Production Manager (or designate) in maintaining effective operational controls.
