Roles and Responsibilities:
Task & Responsibilities
- Conduct vision and hearing screening activities in accordance with approved screening tools and guidelines.
- Promote personal and community hygiene practices through awareness sessions and on-site guidance.
- Identify, flag, and document suspected cases requiring further clinical assessment.
- Ensure timely referral of suspected cases to appropriate health facilities or supervisors as per referral protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of screenings, observations, and referrals.
- Coordinate with supervisors and clinical teams to support follow-up and case management.
- Adhere to organizational SOPs, safeguarding, and confidentiality protocols at all times.
