Education and Experience:

Experience:

12-15 Years of relevant experience Preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Qualification:

Bachelor's/master's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline

Roles and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Engineering function to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations across all production facilities.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Oversee the maintenance and operation of utilities, including HVAC, Boilers, Chillers, Compressors, Purified Water Systems, and HVAC validation.
Ensure engineering operations comply with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and EHS standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
Manage CAPEX planning, engineering budgets, and vendor performance to ensure timely project execution.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Validation, and Supply Chain teams to support business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team while fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and operational excellence.
Ensure engineering documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records are maintained in compliance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do:

Proven leadership experience in engineering and maintenance within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical utilities, equipment maintenance, and engineering best practices.
Sound understanding of cGMP, regulatory compliance, qualification, and validation requirements.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) or other ERP-based maintenance management systems will be considered an added advantage.
