Roles and Responsibilities:
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Drive sales and manage the institutional business within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Develop and execute regional business plans to meet growth targets
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent customer relationship and communication abilities
- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Team player with the capacity to collaborate across functions
- Deep knowledge of the local market and territory dynamics
