Job Summary:
The Product Manager is responsible for setting the overall product strategy, guiding the development, they also work closely with other stakeholders such as business development, marketing, and sales to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap and achieving business goals. They must monitor and analyse the performance and feedback of both teams and adjust the plans accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic product plans to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability for the assigned product portfolio.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer segmentation to identify market opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs, to align product development efforts with market needs and business objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers & field force, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to drive individual and team success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the product management team, promoting cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- Set clear goals, performance expectations, and KPIs for the team, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, sales, and market access, to ensure alignment and integration of product management activities with broader business objectives.
- Serve as a key liaison between product management and other departments, facilitating communication, resource allocation, and strategic alignment.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, integrating customer feedback and market insights into product development, marketing strategies, and commercialization efforts
