Roles and Responsibilities:
- To develop the annual marketing plan and situation analysis for effective business.
- To build strategies, goals and convert those goals in tactical plans through which we can achieve our sales target.
- To communicate subordinates regarding team meetings.
- To prepare the promotion plan of Field Force.
- To develop and maintain relations with KOLs.
- To take follow-up from the Field Force on daily basis.
- To forecast the return on investment that is being made in the marketing budget.
