Education and Experience:

D-Pharmacy, Pharm-D, or equivalent qualification.
2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
Sound knowledge of GMP, production processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
Experience in batch manufacturing, line clearance, and production planning.
Good understanding of production equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute and monitor day-to-day production activities.
Ensure compliance with GMP and company SOPs.
Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
Supervise and coordinate with production staff and operators.
Ensure proper line clearance, cleaning, and equipment status before production.
Monitor in-process controls and ensure product quality standards.
Report deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support production planning and timely completion of batches.
