Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform literature survey on new products and gather related information.
- To supervise and execute R&D trials.
- Preparation and implementation of standard operating procedures.
- To maintain good housekeeping in lab
- To perform daily calibration of analytical balances.
- To maintain logbooks of Equipment used in R&D.
- To receive evaluation samples and submit to QC or SAS department for testing
- Prepare batch manufacturing record document for trials conducted in R&D
- Inspection of lab supplies before putting into use and requisition for required items
- Documentation of formulation trials and its result according to predetermined procedures
- Reporting any other event in R&D concerning equipment, utility, product method or procedure and any other relevant item in the R&D department
- To perform any other task related to job description or nature.
- To ensure that all the required safety procedures are being followed during the manufacturing and other process related activities.
