Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, compile, and submit CTD/ACTD export dossiers to global Regulatory Authorities.
- Manage COPP and NOC applications through DRAP Coordinate samples, dossiers, and submissions with QA, Production, Graphics, and regulatory teams.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and distributors for pre- and post-submission activities.
- Maintain and control regulatory databases, dossiers, and lifecycle documentation.
- Ensure review & compliance of labeling, promotional materials, batch records, and specifications.
- Monitor and interpret regulatory guidelines, legislation, and international standards.
- Support international submissions, variations, responses, and regulatory queries.
- Analyze product complaints and advise on regulatory reportability.
- Draft and update SOPs, regulatory responses, and support recall/market withdrawal actions.
