Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to optimize performance.Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present insights to management
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
Additional Requirements / Remarks:
- Qualification: Pharm-D/MBA/BS from a reputable institute
- Experience: Total experience of 8-10 years in the same segment with minimum experience of 5 years as Sales Manager
- Strong KOL network
- Has the capacity of team building
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Age must be 45 years or less
