- Bachelor's / Master's in Pharmacy, Business, or related field
- 2-4years of proven experience in Pharma Business Development with COMO exposure
- Strong client networking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a solution-oriented mindset
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Contract Manufacturing, Client Acquisition, and B2B Business Development will be preferred
