Education and Experience:

Bachelor's / Master's in Pharmacy, Business, or related field
2-4years of proven experience in Pharma Business Development with COMO exposure
Strong client networking, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with a solution-oriented mindset
Candidates with hands-on experience in Contract Manufacturing, Client Acquisition, and B2B Business Development will be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities
Build and nurture strategic client relationships with partners
Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to align business goals
