- Bachelor'sin pharmacy, life sciences or equivalent degree
- 10 to 15 year's in pharmaceutical industry sales including 4 to 5 years as 1st line manager or 1 year on similar position on top 70 ranked companies
- Proven track record of achieving sales target
- Strong relationship, communication and inter personal skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and develop action plans
