Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related discipline preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in vendor qualification, audit, or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory standards and quality systems.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual vendor audit plan.
- Conduct audits of existing and new vendors.
- Review and evaluate vendor documentation for compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
- Manage vendor qualification, certification, and disqualification processes.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with vendor activities.
