PLATINUM’s name was established in 1955 as a retail pharmacy, with objective to become leading pharmaceuticals company of Pakistan. The stages of progress were from pharmacy to wholesaler-dealer-distributor-importer and marketer of pharmaceuticals products. In 1993 PLATINUM was registered as National Pharmaceutical Company and thereafter in 1996 PLATINUM was established as a manufacturer and marketer of pharmaceuticals products.
